Seagull makes excellent acoustic guitars. They are Quebec-based company that hand-makes guitars. Many of the are more than $300, but I found one for about $280, and I believe they make models for even less than that.
just get a fender
I’ll sell you my Fender 12-string acoustic electric. It’s about 10 years old, but never used more than 10 times. I bought it half off from a store around 10 years ago. Retail at that time was around $800. I really love the sound of the guitar, when it’s not plugged in and when it’s plugged in, but I just never play it… I mean, I’ve played it 10 times in 10 years… lol.
They don’t make them anymore. The ones they have are cheap pieces of crap.
